How to Get Six Pack Abs

The beginning !!!!

You go to beach and see those six-packs and for moments -- moments that don't last more than duration of your beach trip -- you feel terrible. You wish you had those six-packs.

Welcome to the story of of an average Joe. Roughly 70% of Americans are overweight. They want to do something about their weight. Many people are somewhat successful in reducing their weight but there are only few who manage to get those appealing, much wanted six-packs. Why? People spends hours in Gym regularly for months and loose weights, put a muscle or two but the 'beer belly' stays. No matter how hard they try, it does not vanish. At the end of day, they give up. If they are too optimistic, they simply say -- We are six months away from six packs -- Forever !

Why?

I am an average Joe, who has going throuh this kind of suffering and had partial success recently that I want to share with many of you who may interested in taking a different path.
